Michael Marie Clothing was founded by Anastasia Bailey, Philadelphia native. As the site states, Michael Marie Clothing is “A Contemporary women’s line adding edge & differentiation to life’s classic items. The ideal blend of tradition and uniqueness will leave you feeling confident, classic, and ready for anything.” What caught my attention on the site’s about section was that “Michael Marie was founded upon one of life’s greatest principles-LOVE”. I then went on to read that their fashions are designed to inspire. After browsing the collection, the pieces did just that. Everything is so classy and I can see myself wearing each piece for many different occasions. The pieces are regal; I know if I wore any of them, they would make me feel like a Queen. From the Gold starboard trouser to the Wool Blake Blazer, which I adore the detail on by the way, I know for sure I will be among the best dressed in them. I find the gold trimming on the Brightwork Crop blouse exquisite.

I came across the brand browsing on Instagram. I saw the following navy blue sweat suit, named “MayDay” with leather features. It was love at first sight. The perfect classic sweat suit with a twist. It can be worn on dress down Friday’s at work, to catch a flight, or to simply grab a bite to eat.
